Post-2015 Intergovernmental Negotiations: Kafui Kuwonu’s Intervention on the Outcome Document

“We appreciate the recognition that gender equality is a cross-cutting issue and the reference to achieving gender equality in the opening paragraphs of the preamble, as well as the inclusion of the references to ICPD and Beijing in paragraph 12”.

Kafui Kuwonu (WiLDAF) delivered her statement on behalf of the Women’s Major Group, during the Post-2015 intergovernmental negotiations on the outcome document, held in New York, on 27th July 2015.
