On Twitter, you can either stick to your own timetable or join one or more of the Twitter rallies that falls into the most convenient timeslot for you. The first one will kick off at 11pm EST with the vibrant women from Asia and the Pacific leading the way. The other two will be at 9am EST and 4pm EST.
