national review processes should be undertaken regularly, 3 or 4 times before 2030. Governments should incorporate “major groups, other civil society, constituencies and rights holders into the process of undertaking national level reviews, including in the processes to develop and review indicators, collect and verify data and conduct qualitative reviews”.
