We, the populations of Latin America and the Caribbean, acknowledging that the governments must be conscious to account for their citizens and must facilitate the participation of the making of public policy decisions, we insist: 1) That the entire process of the AGENDA 2030 be configured in an effective dialogue in each of the spaces. 2) That considering that the Objectives of Sustainable Development 4, 8, 10, 13 and 16 will be revised this year, it is unacceptable that they be barely acknowledged in the Declaration, especially witnessing the setbacks of the AGENDA in our countries. 3) That in the Declaration there is an invisibility that affects certain populations and their multiple identities and 4) At the same time, we demand from the governments the inclusion of the break down of the statistics, as if they were approved in the AGENDA 2030. As an example, we cite the case of the oldest adults.
